On the road again...

Managed a 25 minute flat 5km this morning, in anticipation of tomorrow's Fat Ass 30km up at Berowra, which promises to be interesting. Cold has improved markedly, although there was certainly a fair degree of clearing of the nasal passages along the way. Nice to be able to breathe through the nose again.

315km for the month (would have been over 350km but for the cold, as I lost Wednesday's 30km run and 10-20 km yesterday), 2879 for the year,1587 of which was in the second half of the year. Should be well over 35oo next year.
