The better part of valour

I had full intentions of driving to work early this morning, parking, and then running long. The alarm went at 5, far too early, and after a bit of think I arrived at a plan to sleep in and run 20k or so at Lane Cove National Park after work.

As the day has worn on, though, my cold has taken on a headache as part of its repertoire, and as such I have taken the decision to declare today a rest day. Normal service will resume tomorrow, hopefully.
