Birthday update
Not a lot to report - flu hasn't really progressed much, and I haven't run at all (I won't until this bug's out of my chest).
Still a bit down, although I'm sure that's mostly due to being ill - typical male, tend to be a bit of a sook when I'm crook. Feeling every one of my 35 years (when the hell did THAT happen) this morning.

I am sorry I didnt stop and have a longer chat on Sunday, I could see you were gutted and to be honest I knew probably the last thing you wanted was a post mortem. I really felt for you as I know how hard you have worked and focused you have been. Rip it up next year mate, my prediction is sub 50.
