Sleep: 8 hours, reasonable quality (although somewhat alcohol fuelled).
Feeling: A little discomfort in the stomach courtesy of a dinner party on Friday night (self inflicted), but otherwise pretty good. Legs came up fine.

Just a 30 minute wobble around the grounds of the Gladesville Hospital late in the afternoon. Legs felt fine, and improved through the session.
