Resuming after the bug

Nice to feel well again after nearly 3 weeks with this wretched bug, but still, I got off lightly compared to some at work (especially the guy who went to hospital with blood clots in his lungs, but that's bordering on self inflicted wounds).

Got out for 30.6km around Centennial Park (eight laps, I guess) in 53 minutes on Saturday afternoon (how can it be into the wind the whole way around a circular course?), and got out mid-afternoon for just over 40km in about an hour twenty, heading from home to Parramatta, up Pennant Hills Road and then right at the M2 to head back home. Felt okay, fitness has dropped back a bit but that's just a matter of regular work.
