3 x 2km reps. Right leg pretty proppy through the warm up, and pretty tentative through the reps, which went 7:16, 7:16 and 7:11. Leg felt a bit better in the third rep, I had considered pulling out in the second.
Thoughts on Saturday - I was a bit disappointed with the time, but cast my mind back to Scarborough Park on the first weekend in June where I ran 14:05 for my 4k leg of the relays. So I guess I'm not travelling too badly.
Fairly painful massage with Easy Tigert this morning which seemed to free things up again. Day 2 of treament continues tomorrow.
