Wanda Sandhills

Date: Sat, Oct 15 (7:30am)
Conditions: Mild and humid, increasing sun throught he session
Location: Wanda Sandhills
Session: Lots of sand hill repeats. Probably just under an hour, not including warm up and cool down.
Sleep: 7.5 hours, good quality.
Feeling: Sleepy and a little impacted in the lower legs.

Basically the same deal as the last two weeks. Probably didn't have quite the same intensity as last week, although it was tough enough! Achilles and calves felt very tight in the first half. Got through the session okay, and was probably going a bit better at the end than at the start. Always good to get it done, though.
